I played today with a friend who used to play college basketball, she stayed active in basketball either coaching or training with other college students.
She has started playing this year. I played with her first few months ago then again today. Her improvement is just unbelievable!! I think I know people from the clinic I go to that don’t have her progress in 2-3 years and she achieved it in few months.
I’ve seen some soccer players play tennis at club level and quickly going up the ranks.
How much do you think it’s their athleticism helping? And how? Is it better footwork? Better movement overall? Sports IQ?
