Finally arrived from Japan (Regna 98)

Took forever, but finally got my hands on the Regna 98. Two of them are grip size 3 and one is grip size 2. Wanted both sizes to see which I preferred.

Got to test one of the grip 3’s today, it felt super good. Serves, volleys and slices I felt like I had really great power and control. Ground controls I felt I got a lot of free power and when hit clean felt like I had all the control I could want.

One downside is that my elbow is hurting a bit, but it’s not terrible so just means some more time working with the Theraband and gym workouts haha.

So far the racquet has lived up to the hype for me, and I’m looking forward to continue testing them.

Note: these were strung with syn gut and not poly (came strung from the retailer) so when the strings break will retest with poly.

Second note, the qc on these racquets do seem to be higher. All three racquets weights were identical. Not even a gram off. Color me impressed.
