Isn’t solo Olm portal swap supposed to be within 10 tiles?

I know in the Cox update back in 2023, it was mentioned that Olm's portal swap will now be within 10 tiles of player during solo encounter. Did they reverse this change? I am consistently getting portals all the way across the room.
