Convert .key to .ppt without Keynote Access

I have a .key that I saved from a dead MacBook. I don't have plans to get another mac anytime soon and need to convert it to .ppt. My google-foo is off today and I haven't been able to find how to do this without taking it to another Mac with Keynote and Exporting it. (maybe that is the only way?)
