Do you actually reapply sunscreen every 2 hours throughout the day?

Looking for practical solutions to using sunscreen effectively.

Everyone says it's absolutely vital to wear sunscreen, but no one ever mentions that it wears off within 80-120 minutes. By the time I've applied my makeup and gotten to my destination it's already time to reapply. I have separate face and body sunscreens, so I'd have to carry them both with me.

Do you keep up with reapplying everyday? How do you manage it with makeup or tinted sunscreen (if you wear those)?

I'm considering tinted sunscreen so I can skip foundation, but I'm thinking the tint would build up and look odd the more times I reapply? I have tried setting spray with spf to go over my makeup but I don't really like the high shine it leaves and I'm not sure how effective it really is.
