Is here someone 50+ able to advise 32 year old

Hi, I would like to hear from 50+ people who look like 40 what did you use for your skin, when did you start and what do you recommend to someone who is 32 year old, uses makeup remover in the evening and night cream. I use day cream with SPF only in summer and not every day because I am not used to applying cream in the morning, altough I know I should. I use usually only mascara and eyeliner
