Does this sound normal health n54

So after cold start and I was giving it light revs up to 4 rpm and then I heard this noise. Not sure if this sound was hear before as they do run loud. The reason why I I have the car some revs before was on cold start she makes a squeaky noise and I was checking if it was the belt.
