Help with ring of light mod

So this particular quadrant. The bottom right ring won't light up. I'm sure I have the right polarity but the resistor on c52 was put in there. I'm not sure if that's correct for it to go because I discovered I had a resistor on my work area that may have came off here (did this late, bad idea). Is that resistor necessary there or is it needed elsewhere for this light to work? Many different diagrams and photos I do see haven't been helpful. This was off a trinity as well
