Weird delivery app glitch

So I placed an order about 20 minutes ago and then about 10 minutes later I get a notification saying the driver is almost here, which seems impossible. So I go in the app and it says “your driver is arriving soon” but the status bar is only on the “in progress” part. This is very misleading. Does anyone know if there’s a way to fix this or is it something the app developers have to fix in an update?
