How do you extract yourself from your bed
Hello fellow ADHDers,
I was wondering how you guys get out of bed. Every morning I really struggle to get out of bed, I often find myself just wanting to take a sick day. When I’m with my wife, this particular feeling is even stronger. On week ends, it takes at least 1 hour for me to finally find the courage to get out and finally do something. So how do you manage to get out of bed quickly ?
