Update neighbour AITA

Hi all, I posted the other day about whether or not I was the AH for reporting my neighbor for harassment. Today while I was at work she decided to call animal control on me, and I've now been given 48 hours to license my dog before I get fined 10 grand, which I don't have money to do. All because she needed to be petty.
