GPU no signal, just replaced motherboard, ram, and CPU

Old setup, was working fine for 6 years until I recently left it on overnight and woke up in the morning to no signal on both monitors.

Old setup- Motherboard - MSI b450 gaming plus CPU - amd ryzen something GPU - Sapphire Pulse Radeon 570x RAM - Vengenance DDR4 2x 8GB sticks Power supply - Rosewill Bronze 80 plus

New setup in attempt to fix this issue - Motherboard - Asus prime B650M-A AX II CPU - Amd Ryzen 5 7600 GPU - same as old one RAM - Corsair Dominator DDR5 2x 16GB sticks Power supply - same as old one

When I turn the PC on, everything inside runs, the fans, GPU fans, CPU fan, RAM LED lights. However, it is still no signal. For the monitors, I am using one HDMI and one VGA cable.

I'm starting to think it's a GPU issue, but before I buy a new GPU, does anyone know any possible issues or solutions that I didn't catch?
