X870E Taichi Lite, 9800x3D - won't start

I've got a complete new system: X870E taichi Lite 9800x3D RTX 4080Super 2x32GB Trident Z neo 6000 - CL30 4TB Samsung 990Pro 1000Watt seasonic Bequiet dark Rock pro Air cooler

Everything is plugged in. I start the PC: LED debug is on code AA-21 Not entering the Bios Clear cmos button, lightning red.

I've tried to clear cmos. I've taken out one Ran stick. Unplugged all USB stuff.

Nothing changes. Someone got an idea ?
