Low dose advice… peeling like crazy

I did reach out to my derm and still waiting on an answer but I wanted to see if anyone had this problem. I'm on a low dose 10 mg 3x a week. I couldn't handle 10 mg a day. I am almost to the 4 month of accutane. I'm still getting active pimples but not to many. I'm peeling really bad around my chin and mouth. Idk if I should go down to 10mg x 2 a week? It seems pretty low dose. I just don't know what to do about the peeling!? Please help?!
