Is TRR Still Safe?

I've recently been getting quite into Objection.lol, and have made myself quite a few characters. I was looking for a site that had DD/SOJ sprites I can use and came across a post on here 3ish years ago here talking about 'The Ripping Resource'. It's down, but when I click the actual link it gives me a .Msix file download. And its named securi guard. I don't exactly want a virus so I want to verify if its still safe and I can open this file. Also, if its not, do you guys know where to actually find quality 3D sprites? The wiki spires only works 6/10 times.
