Help: splash shield damaged after oil change

I got my oil changed from an Acura dealer on Saturday and while driving home to a different city on Sunday, I heard loud scraping noises while on the freeway.

Contacted the original dealer and told them I can’t make it back to them in this condition. They told me to send pictures and if they own up to the mistakes (which they have not yet) they will take me to an independent shop for repair and won’t be an Acura dealership. I feel like this is extremely shady of them. I would want the damages fixed by a dealer properly. I’m wondering what my options are.
