(Advice wanted) About to graduate college but I like my part-time job

Hello! I am a 20 year old college senior. My major is within the natural sciences area but since starting college I've been working with kids, particularly those with disabilities.

Right now I have a job working for a special needs family in the town I go to college in. They are very nice to me in ways that even my own family has failed me. I have benefited so much from my relationship with this family and it would absolutely suck to leave them. I know I am important to them, and they have done so much to help me as a disenfranchised person.

I need to figure out what to do when I graduate but it is hard because I don't even know where to go, if I go anywhere. Part of me wants to stay in my current place (even though rent is hella expensive because its a college town) just because I have these connections. At the same time, it would be nice to expand my opportunities more?

I'd appreciate advice or personal anecdotes if anyone reads this and is compelled to share
