How do you stay on top of everything without feeling totally overwhelmed?
I’m in my late 20s, and I feel like adulting is just an endless list of things to do. Between work, bills, maintaining relationships, trying to eat healthy, exercising, cleaning, and just existing, I constantly feel like I’m one step away from falling behind.
How do you all manage to juggle everything without burning out? Do you have routines, hacks, or systems that help keep you sane? Any advice for finding balance would be greatly appreciated!
