Confusion about the castle arc

​I know I talk about this arc a lot and how I don't really like it(I'm on a reread and I genuinely do not understand this plotpoint). But could someone clarify why Yona listens to Kye-sook? They are in an alliance, so why does he call the shots on where she can go and who she can meet?

Also I don't understand why none of them thought to make a contract with agreed upon terms before they joined. Again I wanna emphasize I totally get why they needed this alliance cause otherwise they would have been targeted by other people due to the legend of the red haired king and the 4 dragons being popularized all over.

In the kuelbo arc when Kyoga asked for aid to help them in battle, Yona straight out refused because Kye-sook had hurt her friends. Hak(after discussing with the dragons and Yoon) was the one to change her mind because they wanted to protect their kingdom.

I can't find a reason as to why she would listen to Kye-sook's demands now of all times cause he can't kill/hurt the dragons or her now that they are loved throughout the kingdom. It could end in a civil war, which Kye-sook does not want.

I understand why Hak can't enter the castle because he tried to kill Suwon in chapter 91. But what does not make sense is Yona distancing herself from Hak for so long because she was afraid they would "kill" him.

Only a mere arc ago(chapter 167)an ENEMY king who's literally imprisoned and physically hurt her along with making her friends, who she considers family, hostages. Yet when he looked her directly in the eye and said that he will kill Hak, she straight out said "Hak can't be killed by ANYONE". Mind you, Hak was literally going to war with an army with far more troops(with 2 out of 4 dragons gone) but there were still no doubt in her mind that he would make it out alive. Remember before the tournament and the whole cover up story of Yona being kidnapped by the tully tribe all this time, Hak was literally branded as a criminal, so if he died in the kuelbo arc only the wind tribe, Yona+dragons along with Geuntae, Lili and co and fire+some sky tribe army soldiers would know.

Flash forward to this arc in which Hak has publicly reclaimed his title as the thunder beast and I'm supposed to believe or be scared that Kye-sook would be dumb enough to kill Hak. Furthermore Kye-sook along with Yona herself know that they can't kill Hak and expect the dragons not to to retaliate especially when their powers are at its fullest potential in the castle and that's ruling out Hak's OWN abilities(remember he LET himself get kidnapped to gain info).

So bottom line what was her reasoning to listen to a man, who she outranks as a princess by the way, by agreeing to be confined in her room and is restricted in a castle they chased her away from. They did not even give her the decency to see HER friends in the beginning despite them promising her that she would get to see them.
