Albany Building/Construction Code

Anyone savvy with construction and code for Albany on here? Was trying this sub before I just call Albany Code. With Residential Zoning-1, is there anything against building a steel garage on a slab with a studio and using that as a primary residence?

I understand you’re only allowed one family building with one auxiliary building and keeping the height requirement under 35ft and three story max.

Anything I should know if I’m planning to build a steel home in Albany?
