Stop phone from vibrating for one caller

So I was looking for a setting to silence one specific caller and downloaded a small .mp3 file to make the ringtone silent, but realized that my phone still vibrates for this one caller. Is there a way to stop my phone from vibrating for one specific caller without blocking them?
