Flex Rent Help??

So my rent is $815. I made the first flex payment today of $411.57, which it then split into 2 smaller payments. My building’s website shows I paid $411.57. I’m very confused and don’t know if I was supposed to ‘pay’ the $815 and let Flex allocate it??
