Accepted into ECU?

I applied EA to ECU in October and still haven’t heard back. I clicked on the next steps category and it says “congratulations on your admission to ECU” and there’s a ECU ID number. The pirate ID and e-mail are both blank. When I try to activate an account using the ECU ID it says it doesn’t exist. So did I not get in yet?
