Is Spring Admission at Mount Holyoke Worth It?
I just got accepted to Mount Holyoke College, but only starting in the spring semester. When I applied, I didn't think the applicant pool was very competitive, but it seems like they've gotten a lot more applications this year (the acceptance rate went from 52% to 40%). Since I submitted my application, Mount Holyoke has moved up on my list and has been one of my top choices for a while. However, I wasn't expecting my admission to be delayed a semester, and now I'm unsure. Plus, I didn't receive any financial aid or merit scholarships. Any advice?
