Advice for EC's

I'm a sophomore in highschool and I'm wondering what are some good EC's and where could I search for these. I'm looking for places to volunteer at and or camps for me to learn skills. I'm not certain on what I want to do later on in life but i'm interested in economics, civil engineering and poli sci.
