Game freezes and crashes after downing/killing a spesific player

Yesterday in farm ld my teammate downed a player and the moment player is down my teammate's game froze and crashed afterward. Few seconds later i shot to finish downed player and my games also froze and crashed at the moment i killed the player. This never happened to me before. Is this some kind of cheat or just a bug? Did this happen to anyone else before?
