Best location to start Arunachal Trip in Winters?

Hey so I'm planning a solo trip to Arunachal this winter for 15 days so have ample time to visit all the places

Which would be the best way to start the trip

1. Through Guwahati- Tezpur- visit Tawang then go easy towards Itanagar and Ziro

OR

1. Through Dibrugarh-Ziro- Itanagar then go towards Tawang?

Also any tips and tricks, contacts about places, people in Arunachal are appreciated!!!
