Are there tariffs which you believe should exist?

Do you think there is any place for tariffs? Or do you buy the standard economist take that we should virtually eliminate all tariffs and go all in on free trade and globalization?

Also please don't make this about the Trump tariffs; I don't think the tariffs on Canada or Mexico are a good idea.
