Replacement of suspension gone wrong.

Hi, I recently swapped my suspension on the front right of my BMW 120d from 2007. When i was test driving it i can hear a loud noise from inside, atleast i cant hear it when rolling down the window but the wind might be messing with me. Eitherway, when i lifted down the car from the jackstands i accidentaly damaged the plastic cover under the car. Could this be the reason sound is coming. The sound is noticeable in any speed but when i turn left or right its gone. Any help?
