Has anyone else never been drug tested whilst being breathalysed?

I (47F) have been driving since 1996, so I’ve had more random breath tests than you can poke a stick at. But they never get me to do the tongue scrape to test for drugs. Do cops just get a sense for who they should test for drugs? FWIW I have never touched drugs. Is it that obvious? Lol
