Do I have Tetanus?

I don't have a Tetanus shot or any other vaccines (my parents are anti vax -_-) in case that's important information.

Hello, a few minutes ago I hit my hand against a door latch that I don't know if it had a bit of rust or if it was just dirty. The injury wasn't that bad (there wasn't a cut or any bleeding, only a layer or two of skin got torn off on a small part of my hand). Although the part of my hand where this happened hurts a tiny bit and I'm concerned If in any way I could get Tetanus from it.

If I could have Tetanus, what should I do?

I have applied some Antibiotic Ointment and a bandaid like my dad told me to. Although I am sure this isn't enough to help and I don't know what I should do. I am very scared.
