what jobs can i do in art & design/game design? how do i get into this line of work here?

right cpuld anybody who works in animation/or art or game design or anytbing like that answer this

i'm 16 and my biggest passion in life is art, love it to bits. i'm doing a course in the north once a week trying to develop a portfolio, and as part of it i had to do a digital drawing, it was my first time doing it & my lecture was reallg pushing for me to go into animation, he was really impressed by my drawings.

i want to create shows, tv shows & animation with my art-but not 3D animation, and i wouldn't be bothered reallg with the actual animation more in designing art pieces, characters, backgrounds, styles & settings. i'd love to work on video games as i do love playstation. how would i get into the line of work where i can use my art to create, and not doing cheap animation or art really putting everything into my art & creating high quality works of art for tv & video games
