RedClick 60% increase in motor premium renewal, no explanation. Anyone else seeing this?

Been with Liberty / RedClick for years through thick and thin. Full NCB, no points, same car, no claims in over 10+years.

Wrote go them, got glib response about factors across similar groups of drivers, no specifics. Have I a right to know more? Seems a crazy increase.
