Is it frowned upon to take parental leave as a rookie?

I gave birth to our second during my husband’s first night on patrol FTO.. fast forward to clearing FTO, returning to FTO, being sent to jails and now clearing jails FTO… seems to be smoother sailing lol.

Is it looked down upon for my husband to take his baby bonding as a very new custodial deputy? Asking for me. He probably won’t take it, baby is a year in Feb so time will be up soon.
