Re-dose flea & tick after vomiting?

* History: Dog ate his dinner, had his flea and tick medication, then threw up later that night.

Last night I fed my dog dinner sometime after 10 (might have been 10:15, 10:20) and around midnight, he woke me up because he urgently had to go outside. We ran out and after he had a quick bout of diarrhea, he proceeded to immediately throw up his dinner. It looked like almost his entire meal, partially digested. According to the Nexgard instructions, if vomiting occurs within 2 hours, I'm supposed to re-dose, but I was so frantic and tired that I didn't really check what time it was by the time we got outside and when he threw up so I actually have no idea if it was just under 2 hours, 2 hours, or a little over 2 hours. Is it safe to give my dog another dose?
