Birthday Gift Ideas for Mom?

Hi folks, my mom turns 70 soon and has been retired for about a year officially. I want to get her a gift that isn’t soft cozy pajamas, slippers, coffee mugs, a beauty/pampering basket, makeup or any clothes. Don’t get me wrong - those things are great but I’ve been doing them all for 20 years and think I need to step outside the box a bit. My problem is that she truly has no hobbies, hasn’t really ever had friends and spends all her time doting on her family. She is not active and hurts a lot from injuries over the years so that limits activity level. So what kind of gifts have you received that just sent you over the moon?
