A federal abortion ban bill was just introduced. How are we feeling about it?

For instance, since it’s trying to use the 14th amendment as its backbone, using the current administration’s position on the amendment, does this ban only apply to fetuses created by one partner being a citizen or both?

Do y’all expect this to pass with a right winger trifecta or will the states rights right get in the way?
