Having AuDHD is expensive

Anyone else feel the weight of this? Of course there’s medical and therapy bills, but I mean this more from a day to day keeping my shit together perspective.

For example, I lose my car keys I have to pay for an uber and then a replacement pair of keys. Or I’m feeling burnt out and overstimulated I order DoorDash instead of cooking. Or I forgot to pack a computer charger so I have to go buy an extra one even though I have one at home. The cost of convenience and the cost of correcting small mistakes really adds up 😅

Wondering if anyone else feels this way and can commiserate/ share a laugh about it (to ease my woes over it). Or any tips to help avoid these small expenses that add up.
