Deliberate Missorting

I have become convinced that Australia Post is deliberately missorting parcels in order to be able to avoid having to meet stated delivery times frames. more than 50% of my parcels in the past year have been redirected across the country and taken 7-10 working days to arrive. I feel like I'm due refund because Express Post is approaching the level of scam.

update: the majority of my parcels on either service are now being sent to other states before getting to me. the arrive perfectly addressed and well packaged. Australia post has a, serious problem they aren't admitting to
