Anyone else really struggle with impulse spending?

I just spent a large amount and instantly regretted it. I’ve been doing so good lately but now I feel completely awful after doing this again UGH. It’s almost impossible for me to save money and I feel like I’m in a constant state of stress because of my own impulsive actions. I feel so ashamed and guilty right now
