Did you dye your hair in the 1st trimester?

I’m 7 weeks and dying to give my hair a refresh 😅😅 I see my Dr in a little over a week for my first visit so can ask her thoughts as well but I’m curious if others refrained or not. I usually do Demi permanent and it sits for like 20-25 mins
