Your "DEFINITELY GET" recommendations for a baby registry?

We are having our first baby in July. I am just now starting to get the registry started and I am so overwhelmed already!
For those who have already had their babies and gone through the infant/toddler stages - what are some items you had as a first-time parent (or not even a first-timer) that you would say are an absolute MUST ADD to a registry?

Would love if you included the brand name as well, so I can do research on the specific items!
Perks if you elaborate quickly on why you would recommend it/how it made your life easier with a newborn/toddler.
