Where do you go for prenatal care? [BC]

I'm getting close to the end of first trimester and am unsure where I can go for a check up. 8 week ultrasound looked good and was told the next ultrasound will be at 20 weeks.

Are there any places that have a Doppler I can go for an in-person check up? I'm in the Tri-cities. All the midwives in the area are full and my GP isn't available for in-person appointments. I have not been seen by anyone in person yet.
