Lighweight stroller for a newborn[on]

We are currently looking for a stroller for our first newborn. We really love the UPPAbaby Vista V3, Cybex Gazelle S, and Nuna, which all seem like good options for us. However, we're most likely leaning towards the UPPAbaby Vista. My husband really likes it, but my concern is that we live in a condo next to a construction site, and the goal is to always put the stroller in the car and drive to a park for walks. I'm worried it might be too heavy!!!, and at some point, I might get frustrated doing it every day. Could anyone share their experience if it's been similar to mine? Are there any other strollers that offer a similar ride but are much lighter?
