Struggling as a new barber

So basically the title, I just started working in my first barbershop and feel like I have been just struggling my way through each haircut. I have been trying to figure out a “system” or “formula” that I use across the board to be more organized. As of right not I feel like I am sort of all over the place and end up lost and confused or even forgetting what step I was on. So the other day I had messed up a haircut bad, not to the point that it couldn’t be fixed, but it really did not look good at all. The client was obviously upset and had someone else fix it, which was fine and all, but it destroyed my confidence. I have reflected on the cut and realize what I should have done e difference. I have since done the exact same haircut several times and nailed it every time, but I still feel brand new. I am brand new. I started cutting hair about 3 years ago in jail. Cut hair consistently there for 9 months, learned the very basics. Basically just enough to get comfortable holding a clipper and a comb and actually cutting someone’s hair. Went to barber school when I got out for a year. Actually got pretty good by the time I was done. When I got out tho, I basically just cut hair as a side hustle only, for a year. I had a different job and just never switched. Well, i finally went to work at a shop and am realizing just how much more I have to learn. I will say though that every day I can feel myself getting better and am struggling less and less. Especially with fades, my fades are coming together way easier and faster now that I have learned a good fading system. Anyways, the reason I am making a post is for advice and for feedback. I included photos of some haircuts I really liked and some are of ones that I thought could have been better and I included one of myself just because lol
