Multiple Effects/Blessed Cathedral Questions

Hi, new player to the game here :) Maybe I’m just missing it in the rules but can anyone answer this for me: For cards that have multiple possible effects that are triggered by the same thing, can I activate all effects or am I just choosing one? For example, if I have Blessed Cathedral out and my yellow spirit gets destroyed can I use both of its effects as long as it’s level 2 or just one?

And a question piggybacking off the last: Again with Blessed Cathedral, can I use its effect every time a yellow spirit is destroyed during the attack step or just once per turn?

Any help is appreciated, this game looks really cool!
