Honeymoon Destinations for the Travelers That Have Been Everywhere?

Pulling out my tiny violin. But did anyone else struggle to think of a “honeymoon worthy” trip as pretty big travelers and have some suggestions?

We’re in the US and usually get a remote month through our industry to work abroad for the month of August. So we’ve really hit Europe pretty hard travel-wise already. South America / Caribbean didn’t seem like the best use of time for us as we live in Miami and would prefer to use the few weeks off to go somewhere we typically wouldn’t have time to go. Having lived in Dubai, South African safari has already been crossed off the list and have already heard the endless complaints of the resorts in the Maldives, so not super interested. Did undergrad in Hong Kong so have really done a lot of places like Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan, etc (though a college version). Australia sounds great but probably somewhere we would end up some other time because of our work. Looking for a good mix of relaxing and city break. Open to a few destinations but not too structured that it doesn’t feel relaxing. Am I asking for way too much? 😂

We found a Ritz-Carlton cruise that we thought was a PERFECT splurge trip to celebrate. Hong Kong -> Philippines islands such as Puerto Princesss and El Nido -> Brunei -> Malaysia -> end in Singapore which neither of us have been to. But unfortunately the timing of the cruise is right after the holidays when work starts picking up (mid-Jan).

Does anyone have any fun recommendations that they enjoyed themselves or others have suggested? Preferably places that are good to visit between November through end of December. High budget, short of private island or private yacht rental
