Probiotics were a game changer for me

I have been on many antibiotics since 2020 which resulted in my gut microbiome not being as healthy/existent.

I gained tons 30kg since 2020 and started to binge way more.

Recently I started to take probiotics (not supplements, actual probiotic food) consistently every single day and it has made such a big difference I cannot even believe it myself!

Yes, I do still binge but it has made it way less often and smaller.

For example in the past I would order 2-3 meals worth of takeout and eat all of it in one sitting. These days I order smaller or even if I get tempted to order more I ACTUALLY feel full and stop eating!!!

It does not mean I don’t over eat, I do, but I stop it much earlier than before.

As far as I have learned there are lots of scientific evidence about gut microbiome affecting mental health and many other things…

I just wanted to share this here as it might also help someone else. It is definitely not a cure, but might help you reduce the symptoms.
