Any idea why my E2 & LH is so high?

Just had a hormone panel done.

(Male, 27, 69kg, 5 foot 10, workout 5 days a week, relatively stress free life, natty in the gym).

E2 off the charts. LH also high. Test low. I’m assuming test is aromatising into E2, but I’m having no high E2 sides (that I know of).

Dodgy test perhaps? I am looking to get retested as I can’t explain these results.

Any help appreciated!

P.s. 4th photo is bloods from 2 years ago. Very similar results BUT E2 is within range.
