What is this mole under my armpit area?

If I remember correctly I didn’t have it as a child , but got it around my teenage years, I never told a doctor about it because It doesn’t brother me much so I always forget to mention it, it only hurts if I try to pull it. I was wondering if I should go to a dermatologist to see what this is and how to go by removing it.

What do you guys recommend.
